Since our founding in 1898, Beardsley Design Associates Architecture, Engineering, & Landscape Architecture, P.C. (BDA) has been characterized by steady corporate growth and continuous improvement of its professional design services. BDA’s comprehensive services offer a single source from concept to occupancy for healthcare, educational, housing, industrial, government, and commercial facilities.

Repeat projects from satisfied customers account for a large share of the firm's workload. Each project is managed by a Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager, who are dedicated to creating a strong and enduring client relationship. The firm’s intermediate size allows for effective client communication and dedicated staff attention.

BDA’s offices are conveniently situated in Auburn, Malone, Syracuse, and Albany. Although the Firm’s clients are generally located in New York State, BDA has no geographic limitations and has successfully completed projects located in most of the North Atlantic states. With over 110 years of service, the Firm continues to dedicate the staff and technical resources to meet the needs of its clients.
