Mr. Garnsey started with BDA as a Structural Engineer in 1972 and by 1980 was assuming project management responsibilities. In 1991 Mr. Garnsey became a Principal in the firm, focusing on federal government work. Experienced in leading projects from conception through implementation, Mr. Garnsey works with clients to define project requirements, prepare project designs and construction schedules, develop project documents, suggest budgets, and oversee quality control during the design process.
Mr. Garnsey also is a registered Fire Protection Engineer with significant experience in the design of fire protection systems and facility Life and Fire Safety analysis.
