Mr. Drury has over 35 years of experience in providing HVAC design for a wide variety of projects for industrial, commercial, educational, institutional, and medical clients. These project designs are characterized by a careful analysis of the client’s needs, and the subsequent selection and specification of systems that reflect an optimal mix of traditional reliability, innovations in technology, and maximum energy use efficiency.

As Principal, Mr. Drury has drawn on this experience to continue to develop clients in the commercial, institutional, and government market sectors. He has worked extensively with the NYS Office of General Services, and is very familiar with the project requirements for all of the NYS Agencies represented by OGS. He is also heavily involved in the development of commercial properties for the hospitality industry.
