Mr. Elliott joined the firm in 1994 and was elected a stockholder and Principal of the firm in 1999. He became Executive Vice President in 2002 and President in 2004. He has extensive experience in all phases of the architectural process from project inception, programming, planning, and design through construction administration.

As Principal, Mr. Elliott has drawn on this experience to continue to develop clients in the government, higher education, and commercial market sectors. He has worked extensively with both private and government clients and is very familiar with the project requirements for federal and New York State agencies.
