As a Principal of the firm with over 24 years of professional experience, Mr. Cudney offers expertise in the planning, design, and construction administration of civil and environmental engineering projects.
This experience includes water and wastewater systems, underground utilities, roads, stormwater management, and commercial and industrial building structures.
Mr. Cudney is also responsible for several municipal engineering relationships and serves as Principal-in-Charge of term contracts with the NYS Thruway Authority and NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation.
