Mr. Moolin brings to each project a vast amount of knowledge and experience. This comes from over 25 years of managing and designing complex projects. His ability to communicate and develop relationships with clients allows him to understand and prioritize a client’s needs. This allows Mr. Moolin to provide a smooth, efficient design process that meets all of the client’s goals.

In addition to identifying needs, Mr. Moolin is also able to take the needs and align them with the client’s budget to maintain that the project is feasible. He achieves this by using his understanding and experience with a variety of complex funding mechanisms.

Mr. Moolin is particularly well experienced with educational projects. He has served as Project Manager/Principal-in-Charge on thirteen major educational projects. He is able to bring to each project a complete understanding of the unique design, budget, schedule, and construction processes associated with educational facilities.
