Architecture
The architecture design discipline maintains a client-centered, interactive
approach throughout the entire design process. Several team members have been
LEED (Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design) accredited by the United
States Green Building Council. Over half of the team is made up of senior employees
who over the years have developed a strong cohesive group that works extremely
well together. The discipline is grouped in teams of varying experience. This
organization maximizes the benefit of mentoring which in turn fosters professional
development and employee satisfaction. The discipline also has broad experience
in a variety of design types, enabling them to provide effective solutions for
any project.
