Commissioning
Building commissioning is a rapidly growing area of energy-efficient design.
It involves the process of inspecting all of a building’s heating, cooling,
ventilating, control, and other systems. Each component is tested to make sure
it is running at its designed efficiency. This helps alleviate any large energy
drains and results in a more efficient building. BDA offers two Certified Building
Commissioning Professionals as well as experienced support staff to provide
these services to their clients for additions, renovations, and new construction
projects.
