BDA is a leader in the tradition of Adirondack Great Camp design. This unique design style originated in the Adirondack region of New York State in the 18th century. BDA continues to keep this tradition alive with its design of many modern structures in the Great Camp style.
New Boathouse
BDA designed an Adirondack-Great-Camp-style boathouse. This 2,200 SF all-new structure contains four boat slips and an upper level deck area.
Addition
BDA designed a 1,440 SF renovation and 2,000 SF additions to a private boathouse in Lake Placid. Details included mahogany decks in the boathouse, Douglas fir interior woodwork, and native stone finishes.
