Beardsley Design Associates - Portfolio - Meadowside Housing Development

BDA assisted Conifer Realty, LLC with planning and design of a multi-phase residential housing development on a 29.8-acre parcel of land in the Village of Penn Yan, New York. The development consists of three multi-family apartment complexes and a 26-lot single-family residential subdivision. The $2.6 million first phase consisted of a two-story, 22,000 SF building housing 40 apartment units, common areas, and office space. The $2.9 million second phase consisted of another 40 apartment units within five buildings, and a community building.

BDA provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil engineering, and construction administration services for the site development.
