BDA conducted a physical reorganization study of the County Office complex to enhance public accessibility to certain County departments, increase interdepartmental efficiencies, improve worker environment, and identify vacant space that could be leased. The Study included a building condition and codes survey, departmental interviews, and space planning services. The Study was completed within two months. After acceptance of the Study, Schuyler County retained BDA to provide A/E design and construction phase services for a 1,500 sq ft addition and 15,000 sq ft building renovation.
