As VP of Operations, Andrew fosters an environment where staff can learn and grow, continually developing Beardsley’s firm culture. Through his collaboration with other Firm leaders, he plays a vital role in empowering staff to support the firm’s vision. Andrew’s central role as the VP of Operations is to enable the support, development, and resulting satisfaction of the people that do the work of our firm.
Andrew’s love of the outdoors was a driving factor in his pursuit of a career in Landscape Architecture. As a Registered Landscape Architect, Andrew has had an opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, each with its own unique challenges. “Every project necessitates creative thinking,” says Ingram, “Discovering solutions that help our clients and benefit the people enjoying the environments we create is very rewarding.”
As a member of Beardsley’s “Green Team,” Andrew is committed to incorporating sustainable design practices in each of Beardsley’s projects. He understands the importance of integrating features that minimize environmental impact.
Andrew relishes spending time with his wife and two daughters at home and in the outdoors pursing various activities including running, golf, fishing, camping, and hiking.
