In his role as President of Beardsley Architects + Engineers, Joseph Kime is leading the company-wide goal of fostering an environment where employees are empowered to use all resources to better serve clients by always seeking to create something inspiring. He is focused on providing the firm an excellent platform for continued success.
Joseph’s passion for structural design has been instrumental in pioneering specialty structural systems that meet the unique needs of our clients. As both a structural engineer and project manager, he seeks creative solutions and enjoys the challenge of solving complex problems. Working collaboratively with Beardsley’s clients and design-build partners, his structural designs have made accelerated construction schedules possible without sacrificing the overall function of each facility.
In addition to his role at Beardsley, Joseph serves as a Director of ACEC New York. He represents the ACEC Central Region, acting as the liaison between the State organization and the Central New York Chapter. Joseph is also a member of the Society of American Military Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family as well as hunting, fishing, and just about anything that gets him outdoors.
