BDA received notification from the AIA of Central New York that their residential project received an award of merit. This 9,000 sq ft year round Adirondack Cottage/boathouse is a stunning example of what can be accomplished by integrating the functionality of a working boathouse, capable of historic boat restoration and living quarters clad in Douglas Fir finishes and washed in natural light. The addition of an elevator and other special considerations make the space accessible.
