Carmen is a New York State licensed engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University, he has been with the firm for 20 years. Carmen began as a Civil Engineer and quickly ascended the ranks to become one of BDA’s most valued team members. He presently serves as Project Manager and Studio Leader of the Syracuse Office.
