Mark Rebich likes to solve problems – simple, complex or any variety! He embraced the technological revolution from the beginning and has been instrumental in integrating technology into day-to-day operations at Beardsley. This has included the assimilation of MS Office and Building Information Modeling (BIM) into the design process.
He is the technology guru of the executive board, translating "tech speak" into laymen's terms for those who don't share the same passion. Mark has been instrumental in establishing processes and procedures and getting staff the appropriate training to work effectively and efficiently as technology evolves throughout the profession.
Mark is intimately involved in the fast-paced world of design/build where you have to make solid, informative decisions quickly to meet compressed time schedules. He has built a solid reputation as a detail-oriented problem solver with the Department of Defense and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He leads by example and through collaborative strategy sessions with his design teams.
His professional memberships include the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) where he previously served as Post Vice President at Fort Drum. His personal interests include volleyball and golf.
